1. Payment Procedure
  • Customers who made payment via "Bank Transfer" will have to email us at enquiry@sailajah.com attaching their payment proof, account holder name & order ID. An order may not be processed if any of the above-stated information isn't provided.
  • We do not accept credit card payment.
  • We will only follow the address and other details related to shipping as given in your order under shipping information. Any change of OR emailing us a different address with your payment proof will not be entertained. 

2. Return Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted if the goods received are damaged or isn't as per your order.
  • Any broken seal will not be accepted as it may put our hygienic at stake.
  • All returns will take place within 5-7 working days after we have received your form on return via our website itself. 

3.  Delivery

  • Postage applies depending on your location. Any failure to collect the parcel from the respective courier service, customers will have to bear the postage for redelivery.
  • All shipping will take place within 2-5 working days after we have received your complete order or payment proof (for payment via bank transfer).
  • Our products will be posted via CityLink.
