Customers who made payment via "Bank Transfer" will have to email us at email@example.com attaching their payment proof, account holder name & order ID. An order may not be processed if any of the above-stated information isn't provided.
We do not accept credit card payment.
We will only follow the address and other details related to shipping as given in your order under shipping information. Any change of OR emailing us a different address with your payment proof will not be entertained.
2. Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted if the goods received are damaged or isn't as per your order.
Any broken seal will not be accepted as it may put our hygienic at stake.
All returns will take place within 5-7 working days after we have received your form on return via our website itself.
Postage applies depending on your location. Any failure to collect the parcel from the respective courier service, customers will have to bear the postage for redelivery.
All shipping will take place within 2-5 working days after we have received your complete order or payment proof (for payment via bank transfer).
